• Responsible for specifying and guiding the development of next generation power electronics and communication products for off-grid and grid-tie applications
  Worked with engineering group to develop ISO process for new product development.

• Created process for business opportunity analysis and new product development.
  Developed and structured processes for annual business forecast.
  Conceived, specified and oversaw the development of 5 new product lines.
  Worked with US and European offices to conceive and facilitate the development of next generation inverter/charger.
  Planned and executed multiple product launches while developing and implementing metrics for measurement of product success.

• As the first person at the company with a business background; I had to work with engineering focused founders to develop and execute a marketing strategy
  Designed and implemented the company’s first International Marketing Plan
  Interviewed and hired marketing communications specialist and graphic designer.
  Performed public relations duties including creating press releases, performing public speeches supporting the industry and the company, product training as well as television and documentary appearances.
