TOP IDEA: Bryan Cromlish kRM: CRM for Individuals Whether it is Chris Brogan telling you how to Frame your Social Media Efforts or any other equally credible source, I am sure you have learned the importance of connecting with individuals when it comes to succeeding in social media. Building relationships is a theme that reoccurs daily and has us constantly in search for new like-minded individuals to whom we listen and with whom we create and collaborate. Ellen Nordahl I'd be interested in what the u30pro community has to say about inter-office dating: have you/would you ever date a co-worker? Have the organizations you've worked in had policies about relationships? And...if you give it a go and things don't pan out, how do you handle the situation at work?

Bryan Cromlish: I really like this topic too! I think it would be great and the community could really have fun with this topic. Great idea Ellen :)

Christien Louviere NEW HR Interview Series Crew: I have a solid list of 10 VP+ HR professionals that have agreed to do a video interview series with me. Each interview will be 10-15 minutes. What questions do you have that you'd like to see answered? Thanks! Christien

If not, what is an indicator of a candidate's capabilities?

(I ask because I worked for a secretary as a year while finishing up college, and now all anyone wants to allow me to apply for is secretarial work. This seems ludicrous, and I'd like to know a VP/HR professional's opinion on this scenario. How much does experience count for? How much does education?)

Kim N. Campbell For all the people out there who are good at time management, what do you do to find time to write blogs regularly? I have things I can't wait to write about, but there's always an assignment or a deadline or SOMETHING that makes it hard for me to get to it in time. What strategies do you guys use to make time for blogging regularly?

They are sometimes only 5 lines long but fine: they remain in my head and when I get additional information I can add to the drafts. So on Sunday morning when I sit down to write blogs (I write several of them and then schedule them), my main task is to connects the notes (dots) into articles. It is nice have materials in my hand when facing deadlines..

I think I'm going to choose a day to blog like bryan suggested and then try to write several at once like Isao and Wendi.

@Andrea, yep, I have my little moleskin to write and draw and jot down little ideas. I also use my iphone to write stuff. sometimes I put the idea right into the draft with the wordpress app. Luvvvv the iphone.

Elisabeth Ericson Any recommendations for where to register a domain? I'm on Tumblr now and was thinking I'd just have elisabethericson.com redirect there-- or is it worth it to pony up the cash for hosting and a "real" blog platform? I'm comfortable enough with HTML and CSS that it wouldn't be difficult, but I'm wondering whether it's worth the trouble and expense. This is the current site, just to illustrate: http://elisabethericson.tumblr.com

Switching to google analytics was really useful, because then I knew how much time people were spending on my site on average and what the bounce rate was. I also got better feedback about what search queries and websites were driving traffic. Simple changes really improved my bounce rate, too.
