•Assist an average of 10 University students per day with cover letter and resume critiques to increase and develop successful job searching skills
•Guide, advise, and establish rapport with students by answering any questions and concerns regarding major, career, and graduate school exploration

•Revised the Minnesota AIDS Project’s needle exchange program manual to update the needle exchange program
•Contributed to PrideAlive’s internet outreach manual which is used for PrideAlive volunteers to participate in outreach
•Compiled HIV test result data which were sent to the Minnesota Department of Health
•Acted as a liaison for community partners and the students and faculty of CSB/SJU to create successful service projects for approximately 300 students per semester
•Delegated Service-Learning communication maintenance including newsletter, website, and YouTube channel
•Facilitated 10 in-class discussion and reflection per semester
•Collaborated with the Service-Learning Program Director, Office Worker, and other Academic Coordinators to create and advertise on-campus events to increase participation in the Service-Learning Program
