About Me

I'm interested in virtually everything to do with Recruiting including social media and how it pertains to the acquisition and management of talent. I enjoy all things related to design, distribution and attraction of amazing talent.

I currently serve as a full-time Operations Recruiter for State Farm Insurance. I have been a professional recruiter for the past 8 years. I stand out from the crowd a bit since I am not what is considered a traditional recruiter by my peers.

I love networking, telephone sourcing, meeting new people, and guiding people in their career paths. I think some of my biggest strengths are my passion about what I do, my genuineness in helping those I meet, and my ability to network and stay in touch (hence my favorite quote).
