Ryan Paugh Thanks to everybody who rallied together last night for our first-ever Crowdsource Your Career event. We had an awesome time here in Madison and I hope you all had fun in your cities as well. This is only the beginning and I'm hoping that we can organize another worldwide event as early as next month. With that said I'd love to hear your feedback. What went well and what didn't go so well? Share your thoughts with me so next time we can make these events even better.

Boon Chew I'm not sure if this is a good place to put this - I've started being more active on a community of UX people called uxexchange.com and they have this rating system that's quite neat, involving points, badges, and a seniority based access level (similar to foursquare's) that gives you more power as you gain points. Wonder if it would work here on Brazen? Thoughts?

Not sure how you'd port the Brazen Careerist model to the SO/UXexchange model, but it's a compelling idea. Although the SO model is geared towards problem solving less simple discussion. Maybe something more along the lines of the Hacker News model (karma points).

Jay Hepner Hi Jess! I'm no expert, but I remember reading somewhere recently that sans serif fonts work better for body text. Compare your headlines, fonts above the blog proper to those below. Elisa Doucette How many of you are community managers for a company/organization? The biggest challenge I have with the client I work with as their social media manager is having to explain again and again the details of SM and the fact that a Twitter stream or Facebook cause isn't going to be a magic silver bullet for them. Do anyone else fact these same challenges? You were brought on board for the project but not everyone is on board with you?
