Customer service before, during, and after any problem is a key to success. Customer service should be like calling a friend to help solve a problem. It should be an extremely positive and personal experience whenever possible.

The sale should not be about the money! Of course, we need to make money to live but sales should be about genuinely solving a problem for a customer with the best means possible at the most reasonable price (even if that price is high dollar). When the solution is more important than the sale, I believe the sale comes surprisingly easy. We have to have our priorities straight.

I strongly believe that when we inspire others towards happiness, we bring ourselves happiness. I think that this is the key to sales and growth in a company. Listening to what others (our customers) truly want for themselves, then compassionately creating and delivering a solutions which inspires happiness for them is what it is all about. All the while, the solution needs to be simple and very easily delivered to the customer.
