1The Great Firewall of China creates an "Internet elite", which I am normally part of, of people who have access to blocked sites. This is linked to privilege for many reasons including that we have our own computers at work, home or both. We also know people who suggest good proxy software that we need to access blocked sites, which usually isn't free. I don't think many people outside China consider the "Internet elite" concept when thinking about Internet freedom issues.
