Benét Wilson is the online managing editor for McGraw-Hill’s Aviation Week business aviation channel. She also writes for The Weekly of Business Aviation newsletter, the business channel of the online premium Aviation Week Intelligence network, the free AviationWeek.com web site and the Business Aviation Now blog. She is also a contributor to Aviation Daily and the Things With Wings blog.
Wilson was previously airports/security editor for Aviation Daily and was a contributor to Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine, the Aviation Week Intelligence Network (AWIN) and the AviationWeek.com web site. She wrote the Towers and Tarmacs blog and contributed to the Things with Wings blogs. She also wrote Commuter/Regional Airline News for almost 10 years.
She has been a trade journalist for 20 years, covering issues as diverse as aviation, employment and training, welfare reform, economic development and agriculture/agribusiness. She also spent five years in senior corporate communications positions at Delta Air Lines, Rolls-Royce North America and Mesa Air Group. Wilson is on the board of directors for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Aviation Communication program.
