About Me

I'm a dad of twins, husband of an amazing wife, and a lover of running and technology. My day job is in the HR department of a nonprofit in Huntsville, AL. I also run a blog that ranks in the top 25 of HR blogs worldwide at http://upstarthr.com. I love talking about culture, leadership, and professional development.

In my other spare time, I volunteer with my local SHRM chapter as the Webmaster and Social Media Coordinator.

I cofounded an event for HR professionals called HRevolution, and we've sold out before each event. Fun stuff!

I helped to create a social media mentoring program called Project:Social.
