As someone interested in coaching, how did you first get started in it? What drew you to it? And what steps did you end up taking to get to where you wanted to be?

I decided to go back to get my masters degree when I was older and had young children and fulfill my dream of working with organizations to develop their employees in order to meet their business or mission needs. To add to my portfolio, I decided to become a Coach and began taking courses through Corporate Coach University. As a corporate vice president of Learning & Development at a Bank, I brought in a coaching model, trained managers to be Coaches and personally coached executives and other leaders. I have my own business now and do executive and career coaching. I would recommend you begin by trying out some courses and see how you like it. 69 weeks ago
