I am an accomplished learning leader, expert coach in all things business and life, awesome facilitator, adjunct professor, trainer, speaker and consultant working with diverse private, non-profit and public organizations. I have a proven track record helping both senior and emerging leaders discover and live their values congruent with the values of the organizations they are working in, leading to healthier and happier high performance workplaces.

Previously, I was vice-president of corporate learning and development for a Fortune 1000 bank, executive director and founder of a non-profit bringing the community to the children with needs in their school sites, and a senior associate with a CT consulting company.
