After having foot surgery and being on crutches, I am learning a valuable lesson ... asking for help. I have a hard time with this, both personally and professionally. Even now, on crutches, I try to complete any task by myself and refuse to ask for help. I even have a hard time accepting when help is offered. And I realized this has carried over to my professional life. I just cannot ask for help. Do you struggle with this? And how do you get over it?
Do you ever wish your career ended up in a completely different direction? I am already volunteering for another passion of mine.
