About Me

Pre-Law student with interest in law schools on the East coast and abroad in the fields of Communications/IP/Entertainment law as well as Dispute Resolution. Main aspiration is to study and practice law either on the East Coast or in London.

I also have interest in Event Planning with a social media emphasis. Working on events for a fashion showcase and a magazine launch in the fall.

Starting an organization to link minority pre-professional associations and personal businesses.

Actively involved on campus with mentoring and maintaining the success of minority students at the university.

My Goal is to enter Law School upon graduation and practice in the field of Intellectual Property/Entertainment Law.

• Perform duties such as answering phones, filling papers and using Microsoft Word and Excel
  Plan and execute events through out the year for students to help them get connected with each other and resources on campus.

• December 2009 to January 2010

• Planned an event for the movie Good Hair after noticing lack of Black films and patrons at local art house.Had three local African-American hairdressers and offered them exposure via Facebook, Twitter and a Flyer campaign as they each gave makeovers that were teased on the site and revealed in an event that exposed the hairdressers and their skills. Movie was sold out and hairdressers experienced client growth
