Pete Collins Do you delete any of your blog posts? My blogging is quite variable in terms of quality, so should I get rid of some older ones that I don't really like, don't link to, and have hardly got any views? It would increase the average quality of my posts, but decrease the quantity. What do you do?

Perhaps you didn't have a clear goal in mind when you started blogging? Go back and re-focus those old posts, clean up the writing and add some SEO into them to bring them up to speed.

TOP IDEA: Kate Davids How do you keep up with all the ideas in your head? I'm writing them all down in a notebook but I can't find enough time to write them all. What's your coping mechanism?

JenG I have a guest post up at Copyblogger today discussing the five aspects of social intelligence and how to use it to better engage your readers/customers. As a writer/blogger, this is esp. tricky since you don't have the nonverbal cues to tell you how you're doing. And ironically, a bit of alone time is the best way to improve. Check it out: Is Your Low Social IQ Dooming Your Blog? http://bit.ly/fW4FhE

It took me a year of testing at Stanford Medical Center's department of Psychiatry. It looks to me like she diagnosed herself, and has repeatedly said that diagnosing Asperger Syndrome is easy, which is baloney.

So don't tell me Penelope has Asperger Syndrome, since she's self diagnosed, and has no medical opinion or credibile source of her diagnosis.

Kerry McKeever Has anyone been lucky enough to catch Happy Go Lucky? It's not exactly brand new, but it looks fantastic!

Louise I have two websites. My www.louisegriffiths.com acts as an online resume and www.loukmedia.com is my blog. The reason they were originally seperated is because I had my blog before my domain name. Now however my blog is starting to pick up more and my blog posts are getting published on sites like www.socialmediatoday.com, my concern is that I'm starting to have duplicate content. Would you merge them at the risk of losing people in the move and links elsewhere online to my blog becoming broken?

Alejandra Hi folks! I think we've all seen the stat by now: the fastest growing demo on Facebok is women 55 and older. The cliche that social media isn't just for kids is also quite prevalent. I work at AARP (yep - the group that advocates for seniors) and wanted to share a video we produced on Baby Boomers and their online behaviors! Check it out - let me know what you think of it - and feel free to share/use it if you like it! Thanks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_k6NRGAT7ZI

Armin Duplicate content is not the best way to get PR, although blogs tend to gain PR faster than webpages.

69 weeks ago from PR & New Media

Matthew Hurst: duplicate content will also penalize you in SEO, so consider this is your content strategy

Armin: Yes, in fact its one of the main reasons for getting penalized in Google, you should read carefully Google Webmasters guidelines

There are plenty of CRM software packages out there, but that's just for managing data that you input about candidates, clients, job orders and the like. Selection of personnel eventually comes down to interviews with the candidates who have made the cut. No system can replace that. And experience in the field of recruiting has not been replaced by technology. If you could clarify what you mean or are looking for, that would be of help.
