I agree with Kelly and Gauri that you should reorganize, so that it's skills summary, professional experience, technical skills, and then education.
Since they've already given you good suggestions, I'll add that you should look at the order you have your experience items listed under each job. For example, for marketing manager, I'd say that developing strategies that increase site traffic and sales conversion is more important than writing any copy. Assume the reader will only read one bullet point under each job if they're not interested--which one do you want it to be? Also, see if you can get numbers (how much site traffic increased, how many more sales conversions) to quantify what you've done. Just by moving items around you can make each entry stronger, and by adding numbers, you can show the impact of what you really did in each position to benefit your employer.
You've also got empty space on the second page, so once you've moved the sections around, see what happens if you change the way you're listing your skill sets. You could try a vertical format, or leave them the way they are but increase the white space above and below the grey lines that define each category. Professional Skills Summary feels squeezed in between your header and what follows after. Visually it makes a great divider, but the eye treats it as a graphic element and not a list to be read. I'd also recommend making your name larger than all of the other text on the page. It's a little strange to see that much empty space on the second page, so go ahead and space everything out. 96 weeks ago

I am going to follow through and make some updates to make my experience more prominent and add an executive summary. I will also eliminate the broken up career info. I think I was trying to cram as much onto the first page as possible that I thought was relevant for positions I was applying to, but I agree that it's probably not the best way. Thanks again! 96 weeks ago
