Ms. Scott leads diversity and inclusion efforts for this growing, multi-line A+ rated property/casualty and life insurance company operating in 11 mid-Atlantic states and known as one of America’s top employers. She guides the recruitment of talented Employees from internal and external sources and leads teams in devising solutions to attract and retain diverse and inclusive talent while monitoring the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs. In addition, Ms. Scott coordinates marketing efforts with other company leaders to ensure diversity training and support is delivered to Agents and Employees, and she directs ERIE’s charitable contribution activities, in conjunction with the CEO and the Charitable Giving committee of the Board of Directors.
Developed and implemented talent sourcing and acquisition strategies for leadership and hard-to-fill positions. Implemented workforce planning strategies and guided the recruitment of talent from internal and external sources. Established pipelines of diverse talent in coordination with succession planning initiatives and external vendor partnerships. Served as spokesperson for diversity and inclusion initiatives and manage diversity leadership and implementation teams. Built and executed on-boarding program for new and newly appointed senior and key talent placements. Served as ambassador internally and externally for ERIE and the Erie community.

Managed staff responsible for recruitment, selection, transfer, and promotion for over 4,500 employees. Directed the design and placement of all employment advertising and recruitment publications. Maintained network of community and search vendor contacts. Oversaw all offers of employment below the executive level including compensation, benefits, bonuses and relocation packages. Knowledgeable of HR related EEO and legal issues.
