About Me

I’m Angela, most people call me Ange.
I’m really excited that you're here.
I’m a sister, girlfriend, daughter, god mother, cat owner, friend, business owner, aunt, artist, and crusader.

I’ve always felt that I was brought to this planet to do something huge. I’m 6 feet tall, so by default I guess whatever I work on will be big, but I’ve always felt this inner purpose to help and improve things on a very enormous level, whatever that may be.

My inner purpose has manifested itself to be an inspiration to all of those people who are having a hard time getting what they want out of their careers. I have this natural instinct to want to help people lead more fulfilling and authentic lives. I've always been this way...and I figured why fight it?

I love visionary people who have dreams and aspirations. I deal with these people every day, and the reason they work with me is because they’re just not sure how to transition their dreams into their future.

Watching the sparks fly and the light bulb turn on over my client’s heads are some of my favorite moments of all time.

Why do I do this?

I built this business because I wanted to help inspire positive change for people who know they deserve something better. I primarily work with job seekers who are looking for a new job they will love, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to start their own movement but don't know how.

I can assure you that if you're feeling stuck and looking for creative solutions, I can help! I focus on goal setting, creating marketing campaigns, and honing in on what my clients are really after so I can help get them there.

In short, I find solutions for those little things that are holding you back from achieving the happiness and success you deserve from your chosen field of work.

How do I do this?

I do one-on-one consulting, seminars, workshops, and I also share ideas in my new book, "The Anti-Resume Revolution: The innovative & forward-thinking guide for job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to do what they love" (available at www.lulu.com). It's a combination of my story and how I broke free, along with tips and ideas for you to do it too.

• Management Search Inc, established in 1983, is a world class executive recruiting firm with offices in West Springfield, MA, Providence, RI, and Hartford, CT.

  I was part of the Technical Division, working mainly with engineers, chemists, technical sales professionals, etc. I started the first-ever Industrial Automation Division within the department focusing on recruiting engineers who specialize in this field.
