Andy Green is Global Managing Editor at Avaya. Andy was a senior editor at CMP Media's Communications Convergence Magazine, where he covered the early days of Voice-over-IP. He has written about telecommunications topics for market research firms, major tech companies, and B2B publications. Andy is a former software developer with degrees in mathematics and computer science.
Isabelle Guis leads our Avaya Product Marketing and Go-To-Market efforts in the Small & Medium Enterprise space. Before joining Avaya, Isabelle led the post-acquisition integration of Airespace with Cisco sales and channel Go-To-Market. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Supelec in France, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chris McGugan is the vice president of marketing for the Contact Center Solutions group at Avaya. His teams are responsible for delivering market-driven solutions for global contact center users. Prior to joining Avaya, Chris led the products and engineering organizations for Belkin, a leader in the consumer products market. Chris is active in many technology standards bodies and industry associations, helping drive the advancement of networking technology.
Paul Dunay has spent more than 20 years in marketing, generating demand and creating buzz for leading technology companies such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Nuance, Cisco and BearingPoint. Paul currently is the Global Managing Director of Services Marketing for Avaya. His unique approach to integrated marketing has been recognized as the 2008 Winner of the DemandGen Award for Utilizing Marketing Automation to Fuel Corporate Growth.
