Engaged with stakeholders to identify value-driven needs and served in consultative function as it related to Diversity issues: organizational dynamics/politics, systems/structure, strategic planning and implementation.
    • Served on the Communications work group. Championed to COO, got buy-in and later spearheaded project to create an intranet portal for the Destination Diversity Initiative, a means to facilitate communication and synergy between 16,500+ associates in the organization. Served as a resource for newsletters and other communications venues.
