Program/Project Manager for Destination Diversity
• Partnered with the Chief Cultural Diversity Officer to identify opportunities to promote a culture of inclusion and respect throughout the organization. Engaged with stakeholders to identify value-driven needs and served in consultative function as it related to Diversity issues: organizational dynamics/politics, systems/structure, strategic planning and implementation.
• Served on the Communications work group. Championed to COO, got buy-in and later spearheaded project to create an intranet portal for the Destination Diversity Initiative, a means to facilitate communication and synergy between 16,500+ associates in the organization. Served as a resource for newsletters and other communications venues.
• Partnered with adjunct professor in the design and development of new Project Management course- a master’s level elective first offered in the Spring of 2010. Served as a resource to help frame and re-tool assignments, in-class simulations and other related materials such that it met the learning needs of the class.

Performed database administration duties for the U.S. Head of Principal Real Estate Transactions (Fixed Income Division)

Provided strategic sales management in a SoHo-based 450 square-foot boutique store in every phase of sales operations.

Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed community service organization focused on college campus-based volunteerism.
• Created an aggressive recruiting campaign to market on-campus organization and grew organizational capacity from 35 members to 150 members, equaling to over 4,000 service hours for the San Diego Community.
• Planned events with other leaders to instill unity and solidarity within the group and implemented programs to resolve attrition/retention problems. Currently the general body boasts anywhere between 150 to 200 members.
