JR Moreau: that looks great! I once tried a version with mashed sweet potatoes and ground chicken and it was AMAZING too. Just a slight variation.

After Thanksgiving I put together a shepherd's pie with my left over wild rice, turkey, and mashed potatoes.

Anyone else have favorites?
