About Me

Alexia Vernon is an ICF Certified Coach and the owner of Catalyst for Action, a coaching and training company that launches values-driven leaders to sustainable success. In addition to empowering individual emerging and established leaders to professional and personal excellence, Alexia designs a variety of interactive, participant-centered training programs that fuse interactive drama and a coach-approach to leadership development for corporations, small businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions in such areas as leadership (executive, female, and Gen-Y), team building, negotiation, conflict resolution, workplace diversity, innovation, public speaking, facilitation, goal setting, time management, career transition, work-life balance, gender issues, theatre for social change, and youth and community development. Alexia has spoken before hundreds of organizations, universities, membership and community associations on her areas of expertise and has taught speech, sociodrama, acting, improvisation, women's studies, and interdisciplinary studies for several universities.
