When you are the type of person who steps easily into leadership roles and manages well, it seems hard to avoid being the person that everyone wants to dump their work on, including their responsibility. My friends and I were talking about this last week. Being a strong leader takes having another strong leader recognizing your talents, otherwise it can all be for naught.
