I'm a full time graduate student. I completed my Master's of Science in Applied Experimental Psychology in December and began a PhD program in Human Factors Psychology. I am a graduate teaching assistant. I also work part time for the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Combatant Craft division as a Human Factors specialist. My research focus: Human-Computer Interaction and distributed team performance and decision making in serious games (i.e., distributed computer games used for training in the military).
I currently assist Dr. Julie Stark with research on a number of Human Factors and Human Systems Integration projects for the US Navy combatant craft division. Projects include a functional job analysis, a hierarchical task analysis, systems display guidance, anthropometric guidance, physiological monitoring of SpecOps in the field, and HF and HSI guidance for unmanned systems.
