Alejandra Hi folks! I think we've all seen the stat by now: the fastest growing demo on Facebok is women 55 and older. The cliche that social media isn't just for kids is also quite prevalent. I work at AARP (yep - the group that advocates for seniors) and wanted to share a video we produced on Baby Boomers and their online behaviors! Check it out - let me know what you think of it - and feel free to share/use it if you like it! Thanks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_k6NRGAT7ZI

Alejandra I just got back from World Innovation Forum, and Penelope, I feel like you'd make a great speaker there next year. The whole conference focused on creating and fostering ideas, and realizing that those can be your best asset at work. So while in some cases this may help guys, in others in is actually a detriment.

But right now men are getting laid off at twice the rate of women, women in their 20s are outearning men, and women in their 30s are dropping out of the workforce or downshifting to be with their kids. So I don't think women have a problem that Clay needs to help us with. We're doing what we want, getting paid fairly, and we're doing fine.
