Created unofficial foreclosure Complaint guidebook for use by First Legal division; also created a more detailed guidebook for outside attorneys and paralegals regarding facets of foreclosure practice beyond the Complaint stage; reviewed and modified 70 to 80 foreclosure Complaints, as well as 5 to 10 Amended Complaints, on a daily basis, verifying all information therein via Case Management System, judgments and other relevant documents in county Official Public Records, and performed corporate searches on Sunbiz.org; reviewed title searches and extensively discussed and corrected any arising title issues.
Coached students in preparation for the Florida Bar Examination through NSU Florida Bar Auxiliary Program; served as panel speaker regarding Ethics in Law during NSU law student orientation on August 16, 2009. Begin mentoring through NSU attorney - student mentoring program August 29, 2009.
