About Me

I am a leader, trainer, coach and salesperson who is looking to deepen relationships with professionals in the areas of leadership, training, career development, change management and succession planning.

I have a keen interest in the career development and advancement practices of Generations X and Y. Our economy is hurting now and many people are looking for jobs. Unfortunately, too many people are only talking about the importance of getting a job. My suggestion is that we should talk more about how to get more from the jobs we already have.
