About Me
I serve as RuffaloCODY’s corporate recruiter; working to find management level talent for the company’s on-site managed programs. In addition to recruitment I work with the firm's Program Center Managers on professional development as a senior member of the training efforts at RuffaloCODY.
I began my relationship with RuffaloCODY as a Manager at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Later promoted to Program Director, working with Vanderbilt to improve data integrity, alumni participation and fulfillment among the institutions 16 phonathon programs.
