About Me

I recently received my teaching credential in California...I think everyone has a basic understanding of how well that's going for me. Though, with this post-graduate time, I have been able to explore other interests such as journalism - I work as a freelance writer for local newspapers and a variety of websites. I would like to further my experience and knowledge in this field and hope to gain, if not permanent employment, then an internship from a newspaper or magazine.

My education has been primarily based in education and I still have interest in this occupational field. I am most intersted in education reform, believing that much needs to change, not just here in California but throughout the country.

I also strongly believe in compassion, giving, as well as promoting and living out one's passions.
