Anybody know any front-end web developers looking for a full time job? We here at grove-marketing.com in Concord need someone with SOLID html, css, and javascript skills as we are growing and taking on more and more projects. Check us out online and get back if you are, or know anybody that fits the bill. Thanks so much Brazen Boston.

There is a clear value gain as Im sure you know-primarily lead generation. But from what Will has explained to me, we've never really had to go and "get" new clients. 100% of our business has come to us through referrals. We've really just been too busy with work we can bill for to get to our own site. We're all a little ambarrassed about it too. We've also neglected to post our work with http://connect.curaspan.com/ and http://www.azabugardens.com/.
As you can see we could really use another programer. We're not getting to everything that should be done. 111 weeks ago

Great feedback, and two great-looking new sites by the way! Thanks for the follow-up :) 111 weeks ago

Anyone have any tips on building a great portfolio? I have all the pieces - just need direction/opinions on the physical portfolio - the one you take to interviews. Do you mount your work? Is a flip page style? What does you actual portfolio look and feel like??

The physical portfolio I have has my work mounted on 15" x 20" pieces of black illustration board. I double glue them with rubber cement for longevity.
I've also seen hand-crafted screwpost binders with printed pages depicting the work. Very cool.
Good luck! 122 weeks ago

The pages are able to come out so I can constantly change it and I agree with everything Adam said too. 119 weeks ago
