About Me

I'm a young professional-but-soon-to-be-Duke-law-student (i.e. soon-to-be-miserable-but-probably-pretty-well-off-attorney-unless-I-go-into-the-public-sector-god-forbid-we-pay-our-public-servants-for-their-dedicated-service-to-this-country.)

I enjoy the finer things in life, which I believe to be everything asinine and sophomoric. I do, however, hold a soft spot for the occasional intelligent and constructive argument. In that regard, I laud nuance and condemn the obtuse and the intransigent.

I suppose if you referred to me as a bastion of raw intellect emboldened by endless wisdom and maturity, you'd be dead wrong. If you were to refer to me as an irreverent twenty-something with aspirations of greatness but lingering droplets of insecurity and naiveté hindering my progress, you'd be a little closer -- you would also be pretty mean for directly referring to me as such.

My blog, Curb Your Nihilism, is in its uber-infancy (which is to say that I'm the only member). I started it out of pure boredom. Please join! I hope you have as much free time on your hands as I do!
