I manage a unit of twenty customer retention specialists whose primary responsibilities include working outbound campaigns to current customers and analyzing the results of these campaigns. My daily activities include managing campaing queue volumes, presenting our findings to senior management, and piloting new camapaigns and publishing the results to the rest of the company.
