1. Access Hoovers for Siebel On Demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration. Access Hoovers fuels the CRM with high quality leads and conversation starters. This release further broadened Hoover’s relationship with Oracle and increased the addressable market for Hoover’s SaaS integration into CRM.
2. Hoovers Usage Reports provides customers with multiple accounts a view of page visits and views for understanding their aggregate usage.
3. Defined and launched Hoovers API by researching enterprise Web 2.0 mashups and creating a company vision of how to build a business development program that is self sufficient; creating numerous intermediaries while preventing cannibalization of existing subscription revenues.
4. Managed ecommerce features for Hoovers.com point of arrival platform. This included prioritization of features within a feature set, story reviews, and writing acceptance tests for feature stories.
I was involved in Enterprise Systems Management for over five years with responsibilities in Application Management and Business Service Management products and solutions. In this role, I worked closely with sales channels to communicate product launch plans, provide presentations and demos, support for special calls and event support. I also held answer desk responsibility for the following products: OpenView Dashboard, OpenView Service Information Portal, OpenView Exchange Messaging Solution, and OpenView SMART PLUG-IN for Active Directory, Virtual Server and Exchange.
