We take our health for granted when we venture out seeking success. Most of the urban population is sedentary, and a third goes on to develop diabetes, high blood pressure, stress, heart disease, arthritis and kidney failure. It is the quality of life that suffers, and high health care costs to individuals and employers. (Okay, I have to say this as I have seen families suffer when the bread earner is chronically ill. This may not be so where health care is paid for by insurance or the state.)
