I am 26 and work with many people more experienced than me. I’d like to be the reverse mentor of 2 directors at my company, and they’ve agreed. What’s the next step? How do I create goals and deliverables? What can I mentor them on besides Technology?

I'm impressed. What you coach them on will depend on how you convinced them to do this mentoring in the first place. If you said you'd help them with technology, they may be expecting you to just stick to that and may get ruffled if you stretch it out from there. In general though, I'd recommend setting up a regular meeting where they report on their accomplishments from the last meeting and set their goals for the next one. The more hands-off you can be in terms of setting results/deliverables the better. This is a general coaching technique since a client who generates her own goals is more likely to have bought into the process of getting there.
As for what else you can cover, I'd suggest educating them on the perspective of younger workers. Often times bridging generational gaps can be harder from the older to the younger crowd. Giving them some insight into your perspective and those of your peers can be very valuable.
Lastly, why not ask them after you've made headway in these two discreet areas if there are other things they'd like some help with. Like saying "dude" at the right time, or using Twitter.
