La Donna Lokey Thought-leader @ChrisBrogan says we should stop worrying about our Klout scores, but in business, we need measures of our influence and success. What do you think? Is Klout out? http://bit.ly/nWPFL0

As far as what your actual score is - it's irrelevant. What matter's are building actual relationships and conversations. I'd rather have a tight knit group of people who I can connect with then a large group that is filled with noise that no message can be heard.

Kelly Seiler Any tips for honing in on and quantifying the parts of your job that you love and using that knowledge to find a job that is a step closer to your ideal position? I view building a career you love as an iterative process. Through trial and error you have to 'try on' a few positions and determine what you love and are amazing at. I would have considered my current job (I work on the avionics for an unmanned plane, wow right?) a dream job while I was in school. Its my 2nd position after college.

Sometimes challenge is a significant signal of what you'll enjoy because if it's all easy it will only be enjoyable at first. Most people want to accomplish in their jobs.
