Jesse Shy Whether you travel or work outside you home country at some point, understanding cultural communication standards that are different from what you are accustom can go a long way to avoiding misunderstandings. Jesse Shy I might be behind on this. But, I discovered the Google Calculator for the first time last night. You can now type math equations on the google search line. It even lets you do things like sqrt and ^ for exponent. Even cooler is the conversion piece. You can type things like 3 tablespoons to teaspoons or cups or milliliters. Do this with other conversions too. This is REALLY handy for cooking, especially when your recipes are in imperial and you live where they use metric.

Ryan Paugh I can't believe that it's almost July! I feel like I've barely had a chance to enjoy the Summer yet. Does anybody else feel this way? How are you making time to do the summertime activities that you love without falling behind at work. Maybe you just have to accept the fact that some of your work stuff is going to have to wait until later ... What do you think? Help me out so I can start enjoying my Summer :)

In a casual conversation, he asked the chief, "Chief, when are you going to retire?"

Chief looked at him, sipped his coffee, and said, "Never"

The LT replied, "But Chief, you're close to mandatory retirement age!"

Chief took another sip of his coffee, looked at the LT (who was only a few years older than his grandson) with a steely gaze, and said, "General of the Army Omar Nelson Bradley served in this Army for over 67 years, and he wasn't even Airborne!"

That pretty much ended the conversation.

The day kicks off with a run in the morning followed by kickball, volleyball, tug-of-war, and many other field games that appeal to the younger kids. The games are always a fun way to build up the big neighborhood BBQ at the end of the day. I like the fact that residents of all ages get involved too.

Exercise is just there to ensure that the diet works and you don't lose muscle. Have you ever thought of the Ketogenic diet? That shreds fat and helps build muscle. It's not healthy if you're sedentary though, but very good if you're at least a little active (the usually 30 minutes, 5 times a week type of active).
