Because Texas is probably the best state ever, and we're not afraid to tell other people that until A.) they finally believe us or B.) they hate us

Ben Smithee Glad to hear, Ryan!! I will be making the move as well but to DFW! It's like a big magnet of tortillas, steaks and BBQ! Yum!

Ben Smithee Even though I have an address in PA...TX is still my home! Ryan, we will have to connect sometime!

152 weeks ago from Texas Bloggers

Ryan Stephens: Without a doubt Ben, though I suspect the odds of us both randomly making a trip home during the same weekend aren't too high.

David Dotson Austin is cool for a weekend visit, but Dallas is nicer, has slightly lower rents, and you don't smell pot ever 10 steps you take.

153 weeks ago from Texas Bloggers

Ryan Stephens: David - I kinda prefer to mellow Austinites to upscale Dallas area, but I love the Addison/Frisco area.

Holly Hoffman My favorite thing about living in Texas is the coast. I love living on the Gulf. What's yours?

154 weeks ago from Texas Bloggers

Ryan Stephens: I don't have a favorite. I'm just the obnoxious way to proud of Texas guy. Gotta like the climate (a lil hot) but avoid most nat'l disasters

Hey guys. I've lived in Ohio my whole life, but my fiance and I are looking to move to Texas (specifically Austin). Would you recommend TX?

154 weeks ago from Texas Bloggers

Josh Thomas: You'll be fine. There's enough political events for both sides. They had a teabag party here and people here like debate more than problems.

David Giesberg: Austin is the best place to be in Texas without a doubt. I've heard that it is like Columbus, good-sized city with a university

Ryan Stephens Josh. I've lived my whole life (until the last 5 months) in TX, and I frequently tell ppl in NC they could fit 12 of their state inside TX.

Ryan Stephens: I'm from Huntsville. Went to school in Central TX (Seguin,) and then Grad school in College Station. I love the ATX area.
Josh Thomas: Oh no. College Station. This won't work at all.

Josh Thomas My goal is to make sure everyone knows Texas is the best state until everyone in the Brazen community is firmly in the "B" camp.
