Tariq West I'm trying to figure out whether my high-school experiences are still relevant/should be surfaced on my online profiles like linkedin. On the one hand, I'll be graduating college in June and don't want to wear my youth on my sleeve/distract from more recent experiences by including high-school material; on the other hand, I co-founded or worked with three nonprofits and had internships at US-DOE and Howard University which were an important part of my professional development. Any advice?

I would phase out putting high school on my application or link only after graduate school, or after two post collegiate professional career experiences. You have a great portfolio of experiences. Keep it up young brother.
