We need to put together a presentable package for external use. This package will help us in receiving endorsement from nationally-prominent organizations and individuals. Thank you all very much for the contribution.
I have read the links and did some more research and here is what I have so far to be added to this Organization Profile:
1. Name
2. Vision: the ultimate image we would like to see and that's why this organization has been established
3. Mission: our contribution to this ultimate image -> basically our methods and goals to establishing the vision
4. Ideology and Understanding: explains how we understand the environment we are functioning in and how we are going to go about achieving our goals
5. Events: will include the proposed events to be planned and the outcomes or such events
6. Executive Team: includes small biographies about executive teams
7. Endorsements: we will request testimonies and endorsements from other organizations after explaining our vision and ideology.

What do you think?

In it, they suggest that one potential way to create more time for large and small organization is to increase telecommunications. Many organizations--for example, IBM--actually use virtual reality as meeting space. Not sure if this is translatable for you and your organization, but I do like the idea.
