Kate Davids So I'm moving to New York. I need to find a flat. Any suggestions (other than Craigslist!) on how to do that?

Kate Davids Who else is trying to break into an industry in another country? How are you going about it?

Working on social networks like Brazen give you opportunity to meet people from overseas and begin conversations. Share your ideas and see what they say or if they make recommendations.

Also, research your industry and see what companies you may find that you can market to. Do your research and shoot off an email that states why you're contacting them. I found several that I'm interested in contacting, plus I've already made several connections with others within my profession in Europe, Australia and the UK. Contacting these folks to share thoughts is another way to find out what is involved in breaking over.

Dana's ideas are also good. With all the suggestions, select which ones work for you and go for it. Sometimes not knowing how you should do something breaks open a new opportunity simply because you were bold enough to cross the first line.

Ryan Paugh Do any of you guys speak Spanish? More importantly, can you write Spanish? I just read a post by a Spanish blogger who is using Brazen Careerist and I wanted to respond to her. I thought it would be really cool to reply en Espanol. Can anyone help translate my comment? I'll keep it short :)

Melanie McGrath Stay tuned for a guest post about a mother who is raising her autistic son multilingual, in honor of World Autism Awareness Day. Many parents are often told to not teach their autistic child a second language, so this is such a brave act!
