@Ryan I went out and bought the Mazi... now I just need a tortilla press! Do you use one of these or is there a crafty alternative?

@Tariq I suppose I'm referring to the Mexican food you can get in the US that isn't of the Taco Bell/Moe's variety. :) I'd love to hear more about what the food you had in Mexico was like!

Cindy Wang Just had a first date dinner at PIPA in NYC Union Square. Wish I could order 5 plates of "Bacon-wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese" for myself without looking like a fatty =) Highly recommended!!

Most people want things pronto, and most people do not have access to organic food. I personally, take the time out to read and research what I put in my body. I'm not a diehard organic foodie, but it's 50% in my household.
