Hi Demetra,

I think the first step is clarifying where you want to help and how you can utilize your skills to help move an organization "using business methods to fulfill a social mission" forward. It sounds like right now, you want to get two mentors, start volunteering and discover what type of work/organization is a good fit for you. After you are clear about that, then I think you can take the next steps to connect with the right people and target your efforts. First, get clear, setup the structures to help you succeed, then take more action.

David Lapedis: I hope that was helpful, let me know if it didn't resonate with you.

First conversation question - what do you all do to "Take Ownership" of your career vs. hoping someone else will come along and manage it for you?
