I'm Indian and my boyfriend is French. Though the two of us get along very well (duh, obviously), we were surprised to see how well our families mingled.
So sometimes I wonder if cultural difference are overrated. What really matters in bi-cultural relationships is having common values, similar educational and socioeconomical backgrounds plus an open mind.

He's from San Francisco, we met at Penn State. Lived in Sofia for a couple of years. We are now in Memphis.
