I would find them internships to apply for, contact the employer for more information, help them craft a cover letter and resume, email their professors for references, whatever they need really.

What do you guys think about this idea? Sound viable or no? I was thinking of just putting up a post in craigslist and see how it goes. Any ideas for charging for the service?

Being a current intern (for the second time in DC) I definitely think that there is a market, but it is going to take a lot of networking on your behalf in order to get "in" with some of the top internship programs.

It sounds like you want to set yourself up as a consultant. I'd like for similar positions to compare rates.

The basics are this: I am pretty much an expert at finding internship (I got an internship last summer with the department of energy) and am currently looking for work (free or paid); I also know that a lot of students want/need internship but are too lazy/busy too do a thorough job; and I also know that there's enough students out there that have parents that have money; so I would do the looking..
