La Donna Lokey Reading this article on "How to Break the Rules at Work and Still Succeed" http://bit.ly/qXtEVK it occurs to me how change really happens one person (leader) at a time. Flexible work arrangements, telecommuting, casual dress, all happened because of people who took risks and fought the good fight. So what should be the next rule we work together to break? What would you like to change in the work world, and what ideas do you have to make it happen?

Instead of saying "Contact me if you have any questions, " I have to say, "Contact the Personnel Department if you have any questions." La Donna Lokey I'm thinking about the phrase, "To whom much is given, much is expected." As we get a new leader in my org today and prepare for those changes, I'm wondering about what we expect from our leaders, and what is fair. Beyond merely setting goals or direction, what do you want to see from the people who lead you at work?

7.5% incentive for those referring individuals opting for a donation
to a non-profit - auto club or charitable contribution in the referring parties name. At any one time there is 14K vehicles being transported by multiple auto carriers and a big part of corporate and residential relocation. My objective is to set up a network of independent commisioned referral agents and add value to the services by despelling some of the fears and misconceptions rife within this particular industry. I fully research this company before I took on the assignment and found it's reputation, ratings and practices to be excellent. If you or you know of someone that would like to review the does and don't in choosing a auto transport relocation company please advise. I've included my Resume and how I moved from human services to International tech recruitement i've included it in my Profile. Sure I'll take your Survey.

Even though we're much larger now than we were five years ago, our marketing is still done through the CEO's office. We have a Director of Marketing, but her office is right next to the CEO and so there is constant communication between marketing and the business office/HR/etc. about our company messaging. One of the responsibilities I have is to serve as a liaison between the CEO's office/Marketing and the rest of the company. I ensure that everyone has the freedom to use social media to their best advantage, while following a few general guidelines about our brand and how we want to present that brand to others.
