Help! I've been given the awesome assignment of rewriting my job description but have no clue where to start (other than looking at job boards for examples). I'm in the government relations side of my association and want to do more communications work. Anyone have any good resources on writing job descriptions??

If you are a volunteer leader in a non-profit association---OR---a staff person for a non-profit, what obstacles to you find/observe for Gen-Y volunteers? Are they taken seriously enough? Is the association open to new, nimble, creative approaches that are brought forth by Gen-Y engagement?
