Adobe demos are good for 30 days. If you are (or recently were) a student, you can get CS4 Web Premium for ~$250, or Flex Builder for free.

Anyone have any thoughts on Flash vs. JavaScript/HTML5, now that Adobe has announced Dreamweaver CS5 will make graphs and charts from data in HTML5, not in Flash?
