I agree with a lot of it - the change to work at home has ended up being better for my overall work productivity and health. Although it helps that I got a puppy to take care of, too. So now whenever I'm tempted to return to the daily grind of traffic,-work-wish I was somewhere else-traffic-home routine, I remember that I wouldn't have nearly as much time with my dog! She reminds me to get outside and take breaks and enjoy the sunshine. Eventually, I will work on the go and travel more, but not until my client base grows a bit more.

I will start my mornings with things I love to do from here on out, and make sure I take those necessary breaks, have that necessary lunch with a friend, AND get to a cafe (or similar) at least once a week!

It seems like I'm not the only one that gets sort of depressed sometimes. So together we're organizing more lunchtime meetups and afternoons where we work together at a coffee shop or at one of our homes. I'm already feeling less isolated.
