You are spot-on about the future of recruiting being social, and if you don't mind, I will be referring your post to our recruiters at Citi as reinforcement of what we have been trying to influence at Citi over the last several months.

We have already reduced our presence significantly on major job boards, and are fully committed to having our entire recruiting community effectively using social media by the end of this year. Admittedly, it is not that easy for us to change the flavor and wording of job descriptions, but we are taking it one step at a time and hope to be "there" soon.
