Actively use (i.e. daily): Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, and shared items on Google Reader (people share great things in Reader, I find). And Brazen, more and more, as I've roamed the site and started to see that it's a valuable place to connect and learn.

Brazen is probably my most infrequently updated active profile, I'd say that is largely due to the fact that it's the only one I don't have an app for on my phone.
As for inactive ones, I think I might still have one on MySpace from years ago...guess that depends on if they delete profiles with no activity on them after a period of time or not. I've never gone to the trouble of deleting it...but I haven't logged in for more than a year either.
